Parade Float 2026

We are excited to have you join us for this fun community event as we represent HCS and have this opportunity to shine a light on our school. Thank you for your support and for helping make this experience special for our students.

WHEN: Saturday, August 8

Ride in our train carts! We have room for 30 passengers for HCS students entering K-3rd grade.

Walk behind! HCS students entering 4th grade and above can join teachers and staff and walk alongside!

SIGN UP! All HCS students participating, please sign up by clicking the button above.

CHECK IN: Please plan to have your student arrive at the staging area no later than 5:45pm on August 8th to allow enough time for check-in, organization, and final preparations. Please account for traffic and time to get to our float.  We will provide a map and detailed information, including our meeting location, to families who have signed up on or before August 7th.
All participants are required to have a liability waiver signed by their legal guardian in order to participate. Waivers will be provided and completed during parade drop-off.
 
ATTIRE:
All HCS participants are required to wear:
-A Purple PE shirt
-Bottoms of their choice (shorts must be at or below fingertip length)
Students who are not dressed according to the required attire guidelines will not be able to participate.
If you sign up to purchase a shirt, they will be available for pickup on August 7th during parade preparation hours.

August 7th from 4:00–6:00pm
This will be a great opportunity to prepare our parade entry and spend time together as a school community.
