TUITION PAYMENTS
We depend on tuition funds to keep our school operating, supplied, and clean.  To help you make payments in a systematic manner, we offer installment plans over a 12- or 10-month period.  We consider accounts not paid by the 20th of each month as delinquent.  If we do not receive payment by the end of the month, we will not permit the student to return to school, effective the first day of the following month.  All tuition payments are due by the end of the month they are billed.   A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts not current after the 15th of the following  month (including NSF payments).  Tuition MUST be kept current in order for the student to continue; Tuition MUST be paid in full for the student to participate in graduation in May.


DISCOUNTS
Receive a discount when you pay tuition in full by August 31:

• 5% discount for check or cash payments
• 2.5% discount for credit card payments

REFUNDS

• Voluntary student withdrawal: Tuition for the current month is non-refundable.  
• Involuntary student withdrawal: Charges accrue to the date we request you to withdraw your child. 
• Registration fees: Non-refundable
• No tuition refunds are allowed for absences, including illness and holidays. Refunds of prepaid tuition shall be computed on a prorated basis based on withdrawal.
